Each kit includes all hub and bracket hardware plus one 36" pull rod for manual adjustment. Lumber sold separately.

Recommended Sizes & Materials

Each Louver Tops™ Kit is designed for pergola openings up to a nominal 8' x 8'
(actual coverage approximately 7' x 7' from first to last louver).

For the smoothest operation, we recommend keeping each louver section at 50 sq. ft. or less. Larger pergolas can easily be divided into multiple sections using Cross TOPS™ for easier movement and added architectural style.

Example:
A nominal 10' x 10' pergola opening can be divided into two sections approximately 9' x 4' each with two kits.

For best performance:

Use cedar or redwood lumber
Use nominal 5/4" x 6" boards (actual 1" x 5-1/2")
Keep board lengths 96" or shorter
Avoid treated lumber, which may warp or swell over time

Do not apply oil-based stains directly to polycarbonate components.
