Our Founder

Rich started his first contracting company at just 21, but he was swinging a hammer long before that. Coming from a family of builders and engineers, construction is in his blood.

With a B.Comm. degree and a law degree from UBC, he has a passion for patent law, but his blue-collar work ethic keeps him grounded. He’s happiest leading his talented team and bringing ideas to life.

Rich shares firsthand job site experience, is a creative force, and an innovator in building products. He thrives on motivating and inspiring others to build and design to their full potential.
